1:1 Pelvic Floor Rehabilitation Coaching

Breathe your way to a strong pelvic floor & core!

Want to say goodbye to the sneeze-wee and ditch the incontinence pads?

Are you fed up of having no control over your bladder and/or your bowels?

Or how about finally being free of your prolapse symptoms?

The good news is you can do all of the above with the help of my 1:1 Pelvic Floor Rehabilitation Coaching.

Using Hypopressives and my expertise, my coaching can help to reverse the pelvic floor problems you are struggling with, and is bespoke to each individual person I work with (no cookie-cutter programme here!)

You may or may not be familiar with the term “Hypopressives”. It simply means “low pressure” and was discovered in Belgium in the early 1980s by Marcel Caufriez. Hypopressives have been used by physios in France and Germany for EVERY post-birth woman they are referred to treat.

Having worked with clients all over the world, either in-person or online and at all different stages of life, from pregnancy right through to those in their 70s, I have helped people tackle their pelvic floor issues with the use of Hypopressives.

So, what are you waiting for?

Book your call and get ready to stop worrying about your pelvic floor!

What are Hypopressives?

Hypopressives are a low impact, breath lead programme that work by reducing the intra-abdominal pressure in the body, and effectively resetting your pelvic floor to work reflexively (as it did before pelvic floor dysfunction was an issue).

What is pelvic floor dysfunction?

Pelvic floor dysfunction includes:

  • a lack of bladder control and leaking urine or poop (incontinence); and

  • symptoms like a dull ache in the vagina, feeling like you’re wearing a tampon when you aren’t, a heavy dragging feeling in your lower back or abdomen, or seeing/feeling tissue fall down and/or appear outside of your body, which are a sign that one or more of the

pelvic organs (bladder, uterus and/or bowel) has fallen below the pelvic floor (pelvic organ prolapse)

  • abdominal separation (Diastasis Recti)

  • pelvic pain and low back pain

Why are they so good?

Hypopressives are incredibly effective at reducing pelvic organ prolapse (POP) and incontinence.

But they also assist in pelvic and core restoration, healing Diastasis Recti, and waistline recovery by virtue of the training the “core canister” goes through.

Hypopressives are also used post prostatectomy surgery, and to relieve pain experienced in prostate cancer.

How quickly will I see a benefit with Hypopressive coaching?

It varies from person to person, but most people who are being coached in Hypopressives begin to see relief in their pelvic dysfunction symptoms in the first four weeks.

Do you need to be qualified to teach them?

In a nutshell, yes. My certification is with the International Hypopressives Council, and I am a Fully Certified International Hypopressives Council Trainer.

It is imperative that you are only taught Hypopressives by a certified Trainer.

How do I work with you?

You can work with me either in-person or online for Hypopressives coaching and in two ways:

12 weeks coaching with 6 sessions 1:1

12 weeks coaching with 12 sessions 1:1
