Let's get you moving, feeling and living better
Maybe you're recovering from an injury, finding your way back to yourself after having a baby, healing after surgery, or you're just tired of that niggle that won't quit. Whatever's brought you here — you're in the right place, and you don't have to figure it out alone.
I'm Kirsty, an HCPC registered and Chartered Physiotherapist specialising in MSK, Women's and Pelvic Health Physiotherapy. I've been working in fitness and rehab since 2017, so I understand both the clinical side of getting you better *and* the real-life side of getting you back to the things you actually love doing.
Here's what I believe: there's no such thing as a one-size-fits-all plan.
Your body, your story and your goals are yours alone — so your care should be too.

Why I do things differently
I don't just want to take your pain away for a week and send you on your way. I want to find the root cause, treat the whole you, and stick with you all the way from "ouch" to "I feel amazing again."
Your treatment, your rehab and your return to fitness all join up into one journey — and I'm right there with you for every step of it.
