Pelvic floor dysfunction is common.
It is NOT normal.
You don’t have to live with back ache and a weak core, because no one helped you heal your abdominal separation. You don’t have to accept that it is totally normal to wee yourself whenever you sneeze, cough, laugh, jump or run.
I’m here to tell you it doesn’t have to be this way. And I know it doesn’t have to be this way, because I have helped people of all ages and birth experiences change their “normal”.
Pelvic floor dysfunction is COMMON. But it shouldn’t be normal. And it is about time that you were told that you don’t have to live with it anymore.
