Your wedding is one of the most important days of your life and it will be forever remembered by friends and family, as well as being immortalised in wedding photos and videos.
On a day when you are the center of attention – and has probably cost you a great deal of time, money and effort to organise – it is only natural you’ll want to look and feel your best.
The problem most brides have is knowing how to achieve the goal they’ve set. Which exercises are the right (and most effective) ones? What foods should you (and shouldn’t you) be eating? How long before the wedding should you start to change your body?
